Over 20 years of experience in design has taught me that good design begins with good space planning. This is the fundamental element in good design in a renovation or new build that I bring to the residential market. My Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Ryerson University has given me a technically strong foundation to work with and integrate building infrastructure into the design process. Detailing, code issues and well thought out use of lighting, electrical and HVAC are considered early in the design process. A great creative vision and fun are always stirred into every design. At Lisa Robazza Design, the design process is customized to suit your needs. Beginning with an initial consultation with Lisa Robazza, we establish the scope of work, design direction, identify problem areas and challenges, and brainstorm solutions for you on the spot. This 2-3 hour consultation allows you to get to know the designer while getting the benefit of design ideas created in real-time just for you.

The design and implementation process continues with the signed fee letter outlining the immediate next steps for the designer to work on. Addendums to the contract are added and approved by the client as the design process continues allowing the fees to accurately reflect the work required. This step-by-step method allows for a customized approach based on client needs and budget.
